Developer X was a subsidiary of the well-known Shoura Group Egypt. The company launched Developer X as its real estate subsidiary in 2020 to compete with many high-end mixed-use and residential projects in the real estate market. Despite closing its doors, Developer X left many landmark projects in the Egyptian market.
